Mens race winner was Bruce Raeside of Notts. AC in a time
of 24:48
Ladies race winner was Sally Gray of Stafford Harriers in a
time of 30:52

STAFFORD Harrier Sally Gray produced excellent form to retain the women's title in the Staffordshire Knot five-mile race at Cannock Chase.
Trentham's Sarah Johnson pushed the winner all the way to claim second place in the Staffordshire Knot race.
The opening mile saw Gray and Trentham's Sarah Johnson alternate the lead, but Gray hit the accelerator just before the two-mile mark.
The 36-year-old eventually crossed the line in 30:52.00 to clinch victory.
Gray said: "I am pleased because I felt under pressure to retain the title.
"Everyone expects you to do well when you return to defend a title and this builds even more pressure.
"It was a closer race this year and a much harder run. Sarah never let up and this forced me to keep up a good pace, although once I was ahead it felt comfortable.
"I hope to return next year and make it a hat-trick." Johnson finished well clear of team-mate Adela Salt to take second place, ensuring Trentham retained the team title, with Joanne Donnelly completing the winning trio in fourth spot.
The men's race was won by Nottingham AC's Bruce Raeside, who shared the early lead with Staffordshire Moorlands's Alex Derricott before pulling clear.
He made certain Derricott couldn't get back in contention by taking the tape in 24:48.00.
Derricott comfortably held on to second place almost a minute behind the winner, with James Houghton (Cannock and Stafford) finishing third.
Houghton had the satisfaction of leading his club to the team title for the third year in succession as they finished with four men in the first eight places.
